General conditions for using the online store www.flipprana.com


Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the online store www.flipprana.com. These general conditions constitute an AGREEMENT between you and "Flipp" LLC, 206245446, with registered office and management address, D-r. Boris Oks str. №1, ap.1, 9010 Varna, Bulgaria and if you use the site (load the pages) it is considered that you agree to the General Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, please do not use our online store.


This document contains the General Terms and Conditions according to which "Flipp" LLC provides Services to its users through the Internet store www.flipprana.com. These terms are binding on all users. By loading the created hyperlinks, the User agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. Identification of the User for the purpose of reproducing his statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions is carried out through the user's IP address stored in the log files of the www.flipprana.com server, as well as any other information.


Terms of using the site


"Flipp" LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), as the creator and owner of the online store www.flipprana.com, gives you the right to load and view all materials that are published on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Site ") for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you respect and comply with all copyright and related notices. The Provider allows the materials on this Site to be copied and publicly distributed or given away only after the Provider has been asked for permission to do so and has become familiar with the purposes for the copying and distribution. The materials on this Site are protected by copyright and related rights law, and any unauthorised use may be a violation of copyright, trademark rights or other legal provisions.


Definitions

A website/site is a specific place in the global Internet network, accessible through its unified address (URL) under the HTTP, HTTPS or other standardised protocol and containing files, programs, text, sound, picture, image or other materials and resources;

Shop - Internet Shop operating with the address www.flipprana.com, owned by "Flipp" LLC and which offers products found in its offer via the Internet;

Company "Flipp" EOOD - the owner of the Internet Store www.flipprana.com;

Customer - a natural person who has reached the age of 18 or a legal person who makes purchases in the Store;

A user is any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and who acquires goods or uses services that are not intended for commercial or professional activity.

Selling price is the final price for a piece or for a certain amount of goods or for a service including value added tax and all additional taxes and fees;

Availability - all goods listed in the online store are available in stock, unless otherwise stated next to the product.

Working days – all days of the week, excluding statutory holidays;

Deadline for order fulfilment - time during which the Store prepares the order and provides it for sending to a courier, according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer;

Delivery time – the time for delivering the goods to the Customer, most often with the mediation of a courier company. The delivery period depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer;

Online payment – fast, direct internet transfer made by the Customer from a bank account, with the mediation of a system, the so-called electronic translation;

Prepayment (bank transfer) – payment made by the Customer in a bank through an internet bank account, landline or by post;


Prices of goods

The prices indicated in euros on the Shop's website are calculated based on the fixed exchange rate of the leva to the euro determined by the BNB, namely BGN 1.95583 for 1 euro.

The price specified for the product is valid at the time of submission of the purchase request by the Customer.

Orders

"Flipp" LLC store accepts orders through the Internet page, available at www.flipprana.com. Orders on the Internet Store www.flipprana.com can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Internet page. In order to submit a request correctly, it is necessary for the customer to have their own email address and contact telephone number. This is the simplest, fastest and most accurate way to submit a request. The order for the delivery of the selected product can be submitted by adding the product to the basket and filling in the corresponding form.

The order through the Store's website consists of the following main stages:

  • selection of goods from those presented on the Store page;

  • placing the selected products in the basket;

  • filling out a form with invoice (if desired) and delivery data, and registration available;

  • choice of payment method

  • a final summary screen of the selected products and completed data, where the order is completed by pressing the "Finish order" button

In response to the submitted delivery request, the www.flipprana.com Store automatically sends electronically a copy of the order placed by the Customer. This is confirmation that the delivery request made by the Customer has been automatically assigned a number. Before sending the ordered goods, "Flipp" LLC has the right to contact the User on the phone indicated by him, in order to clarify details of the order and/or delivery. The store sends a message by email to the Customer to confirm the order.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Their implementation depends on the request number. That's why we encourage you to submit requests through the Store's website, which guarantees the automatic issuance of a number.



Payment methods


Payment can be made by the Customer in the following ways:


Payment in cash (cash on delivery): If you are presently in Bulgaria, you could use the option cash on delivery. In this case you will pay the amount directly to the courier. Please note that this option is only applicable to orders with delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The option cash on delivery will be visible only if you select Bulgaria as your delivery destination.



Bank transfer: After submitting the purchase request with the selected payment method "Bank transfer", the Customer receives a message by email with information on which bank account he should transfer the amount of the desired products and the delivery fee, as on the basis of the order specified the automatically generated order number. In this case, the deadline for the realisation of the order is extended, as the Store must wait for the funds to arrive in its bank account.


Payment by bank card: When sending the purchase request for the given goods, the Customer makes the payment by credit/debit card. This is the fastest way to shop on the Internet. Funds are deposited into the Store's account at the time of the order, which allows the goods to be shipped immediately.


The goods ordered in the Store are delivered to the Customer using a courier company.

Delivery time includes:

The time to prepare the order (packaging the goods, payment method, issuing a sales document, packing the shipment)

The delivery time of the goods on the territory of Bulgaria declared by the Courier is 2 working days. In exceptional cases of delivery to more remote addresses and small towns, as well as when the day between confirmation and delivery is a holiday, the delivery time may be extended up to 3 days.

The store cannot determine nor commit to an exact time of delivery of the shipment, therefore, in order to establish an approximate time of delivery, the courier company sends a message on the day of delivery.

The Supplier sends the Customer an email with information about the sent shipment, tracking number and a link to the courier's website so that the Customer can track the shipment.

Before making a cash payment to the courier, please check whether the delivered goods correspond to the submitted delivery request. The inspection of the shipment upon receipt is a mandatory condition for consideration of any claims of the Customer regarding damage to the integrity or quantity of the shipment during transport.

When you pay cash to a courier upon receipt of the goods, the proof of payment is the bill of lading attached to the shipment. It is also a certificate for concluding a contract with the Store, which is why we advise you to keep this document.

The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier companies' failure to fulfil the transport service contract.

"Flipp" LLC is not responsible for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the User has specified false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has specified an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

Payment by secure credit/debit card.

www.flipprana.com offers its customers to pay for purchased goods by credit/debit card. The advantage of using such payment methods is that the Store receives the funds immediately and can send the purchased goods immediately, as well as that the Customer can refuse the purchase at any time.

The Customer's payment details are transmitted over the Internet and are encrypted during the ordering process. The store has secured its website and other systems through technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. If in doubt about accessing confidential information, please act responsibly and close the browser window when you are done.


Users personal information


The handling of personal information, which you may optionally send to the Provider in order to obtain products or services offered by this site, is protected by the Personal Data Protection Law. You may not post or transmit from or to this website any illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other information that is in violation of applicable laws. The provider uses the personal information in order to better identify your needs and interests and so that we can provide you with better quality services. In some cases, we use the information you submit to help you place an order or complete a transaction, to keep in touch with you, to inform you about our products, services and offers, to personalise promotional offers. We do not use the personal information you submit in any other way.


Product comments


The pages of this website provide the opportunity for users to post comments and opinions about the offered goods. The provider does not assume responsibility in any way and under any circumstances for the accuracy of the published information and the correctness and responsibility of the users who published the opinions. Responsibility for the accuracy of the published information is entirely by the users who published the information. Change the prices of goods


The Provider has the right to change the prices at its discretion at any time without prior notice to the users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of concluding the contract. In case of technical errors in the publication of the site, the Provider has the right to refuse the execution of the contract and does not owe compensation in any way to the user, except to refund the sums paid by the user, if any. The announcement of reduced prices is by placing the new price next to the old one which is crossed out.



CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT


You, as consumers, have the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 working days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason for this, except in cases where the subject of the contract is products made according to individual specifications or clearly customised. It is mandatory that the goods have not been used, that the integrity of their packaging has not been violated and that the goods are in the form in which they were received. When the user exercises his right to refuse the ordered goods, he is obliged to send them back to "Flipp" LLC within 14 days from the date on which he notified "Flipp"LLC that he wishes to refuse the ordered goods.

In order to exercise his right under this clause, the User must unequivocally notify "Flipp" LLC of his decision to withdraw from the contract, by individualising the goods he wishes to return, by providing all the details of the completed order and delivery, including but not only: content and value of the order, details of the person who placed the order, details of the person who accepted the delivery and date of delivery.

"Flipp" LLC publishes on its website a form for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.

In order to exercise the right of refusal, "Flipp" LLC provides the user with the option of filling out and sending electronically through the website the standard refusal form or another unambiguous application. In these cases, "Flipp" LLC immediately sends the user a confirmation of receipt of the refusal.

The User is obliged to return the goods at his own expense, along with the receipt and the invoice, if any, to "Flipp" LLC at the address specified in "Contacts", within 14 days from the date on which the User exercised his right to repudiation of the contract.

"Flipp" LLC has the right to postpone the refund of payments until the goods are received back or until proof is provided that the goods have been sent back, depending on which of the two events has occurred earlier.


In case of non-compliance of the goods with the characteristics indicated on the page, the supplier refunds the entire amount paid by the user, including the transport costs paid by the user for acquiring the goods in accordance with Art. 59 paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Law and within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and the undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging.



Upon receipt of the shipment, you must check the contents of the package for compliance of the goods with the request.

In case of violations in the appearance of the goods that occurred during transport, you should contact the courier for a damaged shipment report.


When returning a product, the user pays the shipping costs and only the amount for the products is refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.

When the User returns a product with the right to a refund of the amount paid for any reason, the price subject to the refund is reduced by the value of the discount received applied to the product, and only the amount actually paid is subject to a refund.

The refund of the paid price of the goods in case of refusal is carried out to the bank account specified by the User within 14 days from the date of receipt of the refusal of the goods.


WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS



(1) The user has the right to claim for any non-conformity of the goods with what was agreed/ordered, when inconsistencies with the sales contract are discovered after delivery.

(2) Complaints cannot be made in the case of incorrect spelling of a text in Cyrillic or Latin, if the text was not sent in the correct form. Only submitted Cyrillic texts are accepted for Cyrillic texts, and the User is solely responsible if there is a discrepancy between the Latin text written by him and the transliterated Cyrillic text. The same applies when writing in the Latin alphabet.

(3) "Flipp" LLC is not responsible for bad printing of a gift, as a result of low-quality images sent by the User.

(4) "Flipp" LLC, is not responsible for slight discrepancies between the photos on the site and the finished products, since all gifts are made or processed by hand.

(5) The services, such as engraving of a customer's product, printing of a customer's product, are NOT subject to a complaint. The User fully and irrevocably assumes the damages incurred in case of possible damage to the customer's product. The user cannot request a refund for the damaged product and must pay the price of the service to "Flipp" LLC.

(6) When presenting a complaint about a product, the consumer can claim a refund of the amount paid or a replacement of the product with another corresponding to the agreed.

(7) The complaint is submitted in writing via the specified email.

(8) When submitting a complaint, the user indicates the subject of the complaint, his preferred way of satisfying the complaint and the address, phone number and email for contact.

(9) When submitting a complaint, the user must also attach the documents on which the claim is based, namely:

  • cash receipt or invoice;

  • protocols, acts or other documents establishing the non-compliance of the goods or services with the agreed upon;

  • other documents establishing the claim by basis and amount.



(10) Complaints about consumer goods can be made no later than 14 days after receipt.





(11) "Flipp" LLC, in the event of a justified complaint, brings the goods into compliance with the sales contract within one month, counted from the submission of the complaint by the User.

(12) After the expiration of the period under the previous paragraph and if the goods are not repaired, the User has the right to cancel the contract and to be reimbursed the amount paid.

(13) Bringing the consumer goods into compliance with the sales contract is free of charge for the Consumer. He does not owe costs for shipping the consumer goods and does not suffer significant inconvenience.



(14) In case of non-compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract and when the Consumer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, he has the right to choose between one of the following options:

  • cancellation of the contract and refund of the amount paid by him;

  • Price Reduction.

(15) The consumer cannot claim a refund of the amount paid or a reduction in the price of the goods when the trader agrees to replace the consumer goods with a new one or to repair the goods within one month of the consumer's complaint.

(16) The consumer cannot claim to cancel the contract if the non-conformity of the consumer goods with the contract is insignificant.

These General Terms and Conditions enter into force from the day of their publication on the pages of the Store at the address: www.flipprana.com and are valid for an indefinite period.

Details of activities not listed above, related to the implementation of services in the Store, are described in the other parts of the portal and are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions".

Orders submitted before the date of introduction of changes to these "General Terms" are implemented based on the records that were valid on the day the order was submitted.

For the cases that are not regulated by these "General Terms and Conditions", the relevant provisions of the Bulgarian legislation and other laws and acts related to the activity and functioning of the Internet Store shall apply.

The Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Bulgaria applies to these "General Terms and Conditions", as well as to all legal relations between “Flipp” LLC and the Client.
